Universal enclosure for monitoring and network devices

This robust enclosure from Pulsar (model AWO534) is designed to protect and aesthetically mount NVR recorders, monitors, and network devices such as switches. Its construction allows for installation in both CCTV systems and small server rooms, offering versatility and reliability. Vertical orientation and shallow depth make it ideal for rooms with limited space where traditional 19” racks do not fit.

Construction and application

The enclosure is made of durable cold-rolled steel (SPCC) with a thickness of 1.2mm and 1.5mm, guaranteeing its durability and resistance to damage. Anti-corrosion protection ensures long-term protection against external factors. Designed for surface mounting, it can be mounted on a wall or in a dedicated cabinet. Inside there is space for a recorder with dimensions up to 490 x 385 x 175 mm, a monitor with VESA mounting (50x50, 75x75, 100x100) and 19” RACK devices up to 3U high. Additionally, the enclosure has space for backup batteries (4 x 7Ah / 2 x 17Ah) and a power strip.

Safety and functionality

The enclosure is equipped with two locks with keys, providing protection against unauthorized access to stored devices. Additionally, it has a tamper – a mechanism signaling an attempt to open or remove the enclosure from the wall, which increases the level of security. The enclosure design meets the requirements for the protection of personal data (GDPR), ensuring the safe storage of sensitive information. The mounting plate in the hinged door allows easy adjustment of the position of switches and cable ties. The set includes cable ties (ZPR) for mounting the recorder in a vertical position. The possibility of mounting the ARAW45 fan ensures adequate air circulation and prevents overheating of the devices.
