This metal enclosure, designated AWO385, is a practical solution for both professional installers and end-users. It provides safe and aesthetic enclosure for built-in power supplies, protecting them from mechanical damage and environmental influences. The enclosure is designed for surface mounting, making it easy to install in various spaces.

Compatibility and application

The AWO385 enclosure is designed for wide compatibility. It works with power supplies from popular series: LRS (35-xx, 50-xx, 75-xx, 100-xx, 150-xx), RS (15-xx, 25-xx, 35-xx, 50-xx, 75-xx, 100-xx, 150-xx) and PS (15xxxx, 25xxxx, 40xxxx, 60xxxx, 100xxxx, 150xxxx, 200xxxx). This makes it a universal solution for many applications – from securing surveillance systems to powering automation devices. Additionally, it is compatible with the RSP series (100-xx, 150-xx, 200-xx, 320-xx, 500-xx).

Construction and features

The enclosure is made of DC01 sheet metal with a thickness of 0.7mm and coated with white RAL9003 paint. This ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The screwed construction facilitates access to the interior in case of servicing or modification of the installation. The set includes M3x4 screws (4 pcs) and M4x4 screws (4 pcs), which simplifies the mounting of the power supply inside the enclosure. Additional distance from the wall (8mm) ensures adequate ventilation and prevents overheating of the device. The external dimensions of the enclosure are: width 176mm, height 276mm and depth 62mm (+/-2mm). The internal dimensions are: width 170mm height 275mm and depth 60mm. The net weight of the enclosure is approximately 0.9 kg. The enclosure has a protection class of IP20, which means protection against touching with a finger and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm.
