Construction and application

The ARAS800 rails are made of durable DC01 sheet metal with a thickness of 1mm and coated with RAL9005 (black) coating, which guarantees corrosion resistance and an aesthetic appearance. They are designed for front mounting in 19" RACK cabinets, and their construction allows for full extension of the enclosure, providing free access to connected devices. This solution is appreciated by both installers and end users – it simplifies work during installation and subsequent operation.

Mounting and equipment

The set of rails includes all necessary mounting elements: 4 M6 screws with cages for mounting the rails to the RACK profile and 6 M4 screws for attaching the RACK enclosure. The mounting is simple and intuitive, and support in the rear RACK profiles further increases the stability of the entire structure. This ensures safe use even with a static load of up to 30kg. The adjustment range between the front and rear RACK profile is from 542 to 653 mm, which ensures compatibility with various types of cabinets.

The ARAS800 rails are compatible with ARAD2, ARAD3 and ARAD4 RACK enclosures and are designed for cabinets with a depth of 800mm. Made of DC01 sheet metal with a thickness of 1mm, they are coated with RAL9005 (black) coating. The maximum static load is up to 30kg. The set includes M6 screws with cages (4 pcs) and M4 screws (6 pcs). They provide full extension, facilitating access to devices and are intended for mounting inside 19" RACK cabinets.
