The RACK 42U server cabinet is a versatile solution for organizing and securing network devices, power supplies, and monitoring systems. It is suitable for both companies and advanced home installations where aesthetics and equipment security are required. The freestanding design allows for easy integration with existing infrastructure, and the assembly option allows you to adapt the cabinet to specific needs.

Construction and materials

The cabinet is made of durable cold-rolled steel, which guarantees stability and long-term operation. The cabinet frames are made of SPCC steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm, cross profiles of SPCC 1.5 mm, and RACK profiles of SPCC 2 mm. The front door has 5 mm thick tempered glass, which provides visibility of the contents and additional security. The side and rear doors are made of SPCC steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. The whole is powder-coated in RAL 9004 (black), which gives it an elegant look.

Functionality and expansion options

The cabinet offers 42 units of height (42U) of mounting space in a 19" standard, allowing for the installation of a large number of devices. The set includes two vertical cable organizers, which help maintain order and facilitate cable management. The ability to change the spacing between the front and rear RACK profiles increases configuration flexibility. Additionally, the cabinet has ventilation openings in the top and bottom plates and the possibility of mounting a fan panel (RAWP series - max. 3 pcs), which ensures adequate air circulation and prevents equipment from overheating. The set also includes four wheels without brakes and four leveling feet for stable positioning of the cabinet. The possibility of mounting a plinth (RAC188M - available separately) further increases the functionality of the cabinet. The front and rear doors are locked with a key (two keys included), and the side doors have a snap-lock mechanism with the possibility of mounting a lock (RAZB16 - available separately).

The cabinet is characterized by mounting dimensions of 19" x 42U x 582 mm and external dimensions of 800 x 2055 x 800 mm (+/-2 mm). Its construction withstands a static load of up to 1000 kg (with leveling feet), and the IP20 protection class provides protection against touching foreign objects larger than 12.5 mm. It is made of cold-rolled SPCC steel of various thicknesses (1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm) and powder-coated in black (RAL 9004). The net weight of the cabinet is 123 kg, and the gross weight - 129 kg.
