Set of two mounting rails 750mm for RS/ZRS type racks RASM1000
Installation and support for your RACK installation
A set of two mounting rails with a length of 750mm is a solid solution for building or expanding 19" RS/ZRS type racks. Designed for side mounting, they provide reliable support for heavy equipment such as switches, power supplies or UPSs. These rails are a key element in organizing space within the rack cabinet, ensuring stability and safety of the mounted components.
Construction and application
The rails are made of cold-rolled SPCC steel with a thickness of 1mm, which guarantees strength and resistance to loads. The finish in RAL9004 (black) provides an aesthetic appearance and blends well with most rack cabinets. Thanks to the universal size of 19" and a height of 1U, the rails are compatible with a wide range of devices and cabinets. The set also includes 4 M6 screws and baskets to facilitate installation.
These rails are used both in professional server room installations and in smaller IT systems. They are ideal for mounting devices that require stable support, minimizing the risk of damage and providing easy access to components during servicing. Additionally, the rails support mounting in both the front and rear profiles of the RACK cabinet.
Strength and safety
Two versions of these rails are available: standard with a static load of 60kg and reinforced (RASM1000-120) with a load of up to 120kg. The reinforced version is particularly recommended for mounting heavy equipment such as energy storage systems or high-power power supplies. The reinforced version is also characterized by being made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 2mm, which further increases its strength and corrosion resistance. Regardless of the version chosen, you can be sure that your devices are safe and securely mounted. The manufacturer's warranty (Pulsar K. Bogusz sp.j.) is 1 year (for the standard version) or 2 years (for the reinforced version) from the date of manufacture.
