Residential telecommunications enclosure – the center of your multimedia network

This surface-mounted enclosure from PULSAR, model TOM-5, is a practical solution for installers and property owners who need to organize and protect their telecommunications installation. The enclosure is designed for easy connection of various media – from traditional television and telephony to modern computer and fiber optic networks. Thanks to it, all cables and devices will be neatly hidden and easily accessible when needed.

Functionality and flexible mounting

The TOM-5 enclosure offers wide configuration possibilities. You can easily mount keystone connectors, F connectors, SC/APC fiber optic adapters and equipment with a 45x45mm standard inside it. The kit includes adapters for connecting:

• 2 simplex SC fiber optic adapters
• 1 APC duplex fiber optic adapter
• 1 piece of equipment with a 45x45mm standard
• Additionally, space for 12 keystone connectors and 12 F-F sockets.

The mounting plate made of PVC plastic facilitates and speeds up the installation of additional equipment, eliminating the need to drill holes. The surface-mounted design allows for easy mounting on the wall without the need to cut a groove. Removable doors provide convenient access to the cabling during installation and maintenance.

Safety and durability

The enclosure is made of galvanized steel sheet (DC01) with a thickness of 1mm, coated with polyester powder paint RAL9003 (white), which guarantees high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The lock and the possibility of mounting an additional lock (MR008 or MR027) protect the enclosure against unauthorized access. The built-in tamper alarm indicates an attempt to open the enclosure. Additionally, the construction is adapted for mounting grounding wires, which increases the safety of use. The external dimensions of the enclosure are 295 x 345 x 95 + 8 mm (+/-2mm). The mounting plate has dimensions of 280 x 195 mm (+/-2mm). The enclosure is covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty from PULSAR.
