The Purmo Aquilo FMS channel convector is an ideal solution for modern interiors where aesthetics and efficiency are important. Installed in the floor, it is almost invisible, yet provides even heat distribution in the room. It is an excellent choice for both new buildings and during the modernization of existing installations.

The Aquilo FMS convector utilizes a copper-aluminum heat exchanger that effectively transfers energy from the central heating system to the surroundings. This heat exchanger, painted black, is located inside a solid steel tub – galvanized on both sides and also painted black, providing long-lasting corrosion protection. The convector's design has been carefully thought out for easy installation and maintenance. Connection to the installation is made using two connections with a G1/2" internal thread. The set includes the necessary mounting elements: manual air vent, side covers for the heat exchanger, and flexible stainless steel connections.

Construction and installation – everything you need to know

The Aquilo FMS convector is delivered with a complete set of equipment to facilitate installation. The tubs are equipped with leveling screws (4 pieces for lengths up to 2.5 m, 6 pieces above), mounting elements to the floor, and breakable passages for central heating pipes and electrical cables. Additionally, rubber passages protect against moisture, and a sheet metal cover masks the connections to the heat exchanger. A chipboard plate protects the heat exchanger and tub from mechanical damage during installation and during concrete flooring.

It is worth remembering to purchase a masking grille separately – available in a wide range of materials and designs in the manufacturer's offer. It allows you to match the convector to the interior design and hide it in the floor.
