Channel Heater for Underfloor Heating

The Purmo Aquilo FMS channel heater is an efficient heating solution ideal for installation in heated floor spaces. Its construction, based on a copper-aluminum heat exchanger, ensures even heat distribution, while a robust steel casing, hot-dip galvanized and painted black, guarantees durability and corrosion resistance.

This heater is designed for use with central heating systems and is connected via two internal threaded outlets (G1/2"). The package includes all necessary components for correct installation and connection: a manual air vent, side shields for the heat exchanger, and flexible stainless steel connections. Additionally, the casing is equipped with leveling screws and mounting elements for the substrate, facilitating precise installation.

Construction and Installation

The Aquilo FMS heater’s design has been carefully developed to ensure easy installation and long-term usability. Removable cutouts allow convenient connection of the central heating system and electrical wiring (if the unit is equipped with a fan). A particleboard plate protects the heat exchanger from mechanical damage during installation and from contamination, while the cover concealing the connections ensures an aesthetic appearance.

Note: The masking grille (available separately) is a finishing element that allows the heater to blend seamlessly with interior décor. The Aquilo FMS is available in various lengths, enabling customization to suit individual room dimensions. This model has a height of 90 mm and a width of 250 mm.
