Duct heaters – discreet heating comfort

The PURMO Aquilo FMS duct heater is the ideal solution for rooms where efficient heating combined with a discreet appearance is important. Installed in the floor, it is an almost invisible element of the equipment, leaving more space for interior design. It utilizes a copper-aluminum heat exchanger, which ensures quick and even heat distribution in the room. The heater's design has been carefully thought out in terms of both efficiency and ease of installation.

Construction and application

The Aquilo FMS heater consists of a durable steel tub, galvanized and painted black on the inside, providing corrosion resistance. Inside the tub there is a heat exchanger – copper-aluminum, also painted black. Connection to the central heating installation is made using two connections with a G1/2" internal thread. The set includes flexible stainless steel connections and a manual air vent. Additionally, the tub is equipped with leveling screws, fixing elements to the floor and breakable passages for central heating and electrical installations – all to make installation as simple and fast as possible. A chipboard protects the heat exchanger from damage during installation and concreting.

Operating parameters and warranty

The PURMO Aquilo FMS heater is characterized by high quality workmanship and durability confirmed by a 10-year warranty. The working pressure is 10 bar, and the maximum operating temperature is 110°C. This makes the heater suitable for operation in standard central heating installations. The width of the heater is 250 mm, the height is 110 mm and the length is 3200 mm, allowing it to be adapted to different room sizes. Remember to purchase a masking grille (available separately) for an aesthetic finish of the installation.
