Channel Heater – Discreet Thermal Comfort

The Aquilo FMS channel heater is an efficient heating solution ideal for floor-mounted installation and ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the room. Its design allows for nearly complete concealment within the floor, leaving only the option to install a matching cover grille (available separately), ensuring an aesthetically pleasing interior appearance. This solution is suitable for both new constructions and retrofits of existing heating systems.

Construction and Application

The heart of the heater is a copper-aluminum heat exchanger, characterized by high heat transfer efficiency. This exchanger is housed in a double-sided galvanized and black-painted steel casing, providing long-lasting corrosion protection. Two internal G1/2" threaded connections enable easy connection to the central heating system. The heater is equipped with a manual air vent and side shields that protect the heat exchanger. The included set of flexible stainless steel connections simplifies installation and adaptation to existing piping. Additionally, the casing features break-out openings for central heating pipes and rubber grommets for electrical installations, enhancing flexibility during installation. A particleboard plate protects the heat exchanger and casing from mechanical damage during installation and from contamination, while also preventing deformation of the casing during concrete pouring.
