Construction and Application

The Aquilo FMS heater utilizes a copper-aluminum heat exchanger, guaranteeing efficient heat transfer and rapid warming. The heat exchanger is housed in a steel casing, double-sided hot-dip galvanized and painted black, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Thanks to two internal G1/2” threaded connections, connection to the heating system is simple and intuitive. The heater is designed for installation in heated floors, maximizing space utilization and achieving an aesthetic result. A masking grille, available in Purmo’s product range, must be purchased separately.

The set includes: manual air vent, 2 side heat exchanger shields, a set of 10 cm flexible stainless steel connections with G1/2” threads, M8x30 mm leveling screws (4 pieces for casings up to 2.5 m length, 6 pieces for longer ones), 4 mounting elements with screws, and a cover plate masking the connections to the heat exchanger. The heater is protected by a particleboard plate that safeguards against damage during installation and concrete pouring.
