Underfloor heating manifold – precise temperature control

This Purmo manifold with 12 circuits is a key element of an efficient underfloor heating system. It is designed to ensure even heat distribution throughout the building, as well as precise temperature control in individual rooms. Made of stainless steel, it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, which translates to a long service life.

Construction and functionality

The manifold is equipped with rotameters, which allow direct reading of the water flow in each heating circuit. This is an extremely useful tool for installers during commissioning and system adjustment, allowing for accurate hydraulic balancing of the installation. Regulating valves on the supply manifold allow for precise adjustment of the amount of heat supplied to each circuit, and thermostatic insert valves on the return manifold allow for the installation of thermoelectric heads, which enables automatic temperature control in the rooms. The set includes air vents, which facilitate the removal of air from the installation and ensure its optimal performance.

Installation and application

Thanks to the wall mounting brackets, the manifold can be easily and safely mounted in a manifold cabinet or other selected location. Compact dimensions (702 mm wide and 361 mm high) allow for installation even in limited space. The manifold is designed for use in water-powered underfloor heating systems, both in residential and commercial buildings. ¾” connection threads ensure compatibility with most standard heating installation elements.
