Construction and functionality

The manifold is made of high-quality nickel-plated brass, which ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Its compact dimensions – 364 mm wide and 355 mm high – allow for easy installation even in limited spaces. A wall mounting bracket is included, making stable installation easier.

A key feature of this manifold is the flow meters (rotameters) with a pre-setting memory function. These allow accurate adjustment of the amount of heat supplied to each loop, as well as easy reading of the current flow. Additionally, the vial cleaning function allows you to keep the rotameters in optimal condition without the need for disassembly or draining the installation – this saves time and costs. It is worth noting that the rotameters allow flow measurement in the range of 0-4 l/min with an accuracy of ±10%.

The set also includes valve inserts adapted for the installation of thermoelectrically actuated heads (adapter M30x1.5), allowing integration with heating automation systems. The manifold bars are equipped with two sealing plugs and connecting nipples with a eurocone and ¾” thread, ensuring versatility and easy connection to the existing installation.
