PexPenta pipe has been designed to ensure the highest quality and reliability in underfloor heating installations. It is the first tube on the market to feature a fully enclosed oxygen barrier.
5 layers of PexPenta pipe are simultaneously pressed, which is its unique feature. The inner layer is made of PE-Xc, i.e. polyethylene subjected to the electron beam cross-linking process, which strengthens the pipe, ensuring not only its strength, but also very high flexibility. As a result, PE-Xc is resistant to high temperature and contact with water with aggressive and corrosive properties. The tube is flexible, stretchable and has a shape memory which allows it to return to its original shape when heated.
