Reduction for heating and water systems

PURMO CLEVERFIT 32x26 reduction is an element of the Cleverfit piping system, designed to connect pipes of different diameters. Made of high-quality brass, it ensures a durable and tight connection in central heating and water installations. Using the reduction allows for a smooth transition between pipes with diameters of 32 mm and 26 mm, which is particularly useful when modifying existing installations or adapting them to new requirements.

Design and special features

The fitting is distinguished by a well-thought-out design that translates into ease of assembly and reliable operation. Two O-rings embedded in the body recesses facilitate the insertion of the pipe while protecting it from damage. The special body of the fitting ensures a secure grip on the pipe, minimizing the risk of leaks. The "Leak Before Press" (LBP) function is an additional safeguard – if the fitting is not pressed, even at low pressure (1 bar), a controlled leak will occur, signaling an assembly error. The TH-type jaw guiding ring facilitates correct pressing of the fitting.

Durability and compliance with standards

The reduction is made of brass suitable for drinking water, as confirmed by the DVGW and PZH certificates. The ability to rotate the fitting after pressing provides greater freedom during installation and allows the installation to be adapted to specific conditions. Thanks to high-quality materials and precise workmanship, the Cleverfit system is characterized by a service life of up to 50 years. The use of brass prevents electrochemical corrosion at the contact with the aluminum insert.
