Corrugated protective conduit – cable protection in the ground

The QRK 160 corrugated pipe, with a diameter of 160mm and blue color, is a reliable solution for protecting cables laid in the ground. Thanks to its construction, it provides high resistance to crushing, which is crucial during earthworks. Supplied in 6-meter sections, it simplifies installation and minimizes the number of connections.

Construction and application

The double-sealed, corrugated construction of the pipe increases its strength and protects cables from mechanical damage. It is ideal for open trenches where cables are exposed to external loads. The blue color of the pipe facilitates identification – according to the standard, blue is the standard for diameters up to 110mm (in this case 160mm).

Safety and compliance with standards

The QRK 160 pipe is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN 50626-1:2023, which guarantees its quality and safety. It is supplied with a connector, which simplifies the installation process. Additionally, it is possible to order pipes with other compression strength classes (250N or 750N) – available on individual request. Waterproof versions marked as QRKS are also available for diameters 50, 75, 110, 125, 160 and 200mm.

Good to know: By choosing a pipe with the appropriate compression strength class, you can adapt the cable protection to specific working conditions – the greater the load, the higher the strength class is recommended.
