Smooth-walled fiber optic duct in coils, diameter 40mm QRGS (OPTO) 40/3.7 black /250m/ 100403725003
Fiber optic duct for secondary conduits and cable ducts
The smooth-walled fiber optic duct QRGS, manufactured by Q-Systems, is a reliable solution for building fiber optic and cable networks. Designed for installation in open trenches and with trenchers, it ensures safe and efficient cable routing. Its smooth inner surface and slip layer significantly facilitate installation, especially over long distances and with pneumatic or mechanical methods.
The QRGS duct is made of polyethylene (PE), guaranteeing its durability and resistance to weather conditions. Supplied in practical coils of 250 meters (or other length by agreement), it facilitates transport and assembly on the construction site. Black color with colored stripes ensures good visibility, and the possibility of ordering other colors allows adaptation to specific project requirements.
Construction and properties
The QRGS duct is characterized by high compression resistance – up to 750N, which ensures its stability and safety of use. Made of high-quality plastic, it is resistant to mechanical and chemical damage. It meets the requirements of PN-EN 50626-1:2023, confirming its compliance with applicable safety standards.
Thanks to its construction, the duct minimizes friction during cable pulling, which translates into saving time and installation costs. The possibility of equipping the duct with a cable pulling rope (available by individual agreement) further increases the comfort of installers' work. This is particularly useful in the case of long and complex cable routes.
