The clamp is used, among other things, to bind bundles of electric cables, hoses, pipes and wires. It is finished on one side with a narrowing that makes it easier to thread it on, and on the other side with a head used to fasten it. The band is threaded through the hole in the head, and the latch placed therein locks on the successive teeth of the inserted tape. The belt is constructed in such a way that it can be pushed in without any difficulty, but it cannot be ejected. The resulting loop can only be tightened more, and the spontaneous unfastening of the band is impossible.
