The colored polyester coating with a thickness of 45-50μm is available in RAL, NCS, and RR standards, perfectly matching the color of the metal cladding and ensuring an aesthetic appearance of the connection. UV stabilizers contained in the coating guarantee color stability over a long period of operation, eliminating the problem of fading and discoloration.

The additional zinc-flake coating significantly increases the corrosion resistance of metal components, which is particularly important in environments with high humidity or salinity.

EPDM sealing washer

The self-vulcanizing EPDM washer with a special shape ensures automatic adaptation to the profile of the mounted material. Resistance to temperature differences and UV radiation guarantees long-term sealing of the connection without degradation of the sealing material.

The special profile of the washer allows proper placement of the sealing material on the outer lining of the mounted element, resulting in achieving full sealing of the connection already during the first installation.
