Aluminum duct access platform – durability and easy access

This anodized aluminum platform is a key element of a channeled heating system, providing safe and convenient access to the inside of the ducts. Made with attention to detail, it combines durability, functionality and aesthetics. This is particularly important as the platform is the only visible element of the entire system.

The platform is available in a rolled (roll) version, which significantly facilitates its use. The ability to roll up allows for free access to the duct during maintenance – vacuuming or washing. After the heating season, it can be disassembled and conveniently stored. A rigid (fix) version is also available to order.

Construction and application

The platform is designed for duo and quattro sets, and its dimensions – 13 mm ladder spacing, 350 mm width and 1400 mm length – allow it to be adapted to various configurations of heating ducts. The ladder spacing is selected depending on the intensity of traffic in a given place: 13 mm is an ideal solution for rarely visited places. In areas with high traffic, it is recommended to use platforms with smaller ladder spacing (7mm).

Anodizing the aluminum increases the surface resistance to abrasion and chemical factors, which translates into a long product life. The finish in color C-0 (natural) provides a discreet look that blends well with various interior designs. The product is manufactured in Poland, which guarantees high quality workmanship and compliance with applicable standards.

The landing is the only visible element of the trench heating system. In the rolled version, it allows easy access to the inside of the sewer, e.g. during vacuuming, washing, it is also easy to disassemble and store after the heating season. The standard length of one section in the roll version is from 60 to 350 cm, every 10 cm. The distance between the rungs is varied and selected depending on the planned load - platforms installed on communication routes should have a greater density of rungs (7mm), 10 or 13mm in rarely frequented places. Anodizing increases the resistance of the platform surface to abrasion and chemical agents. Polish product.
