Copper-aluminum radiators – efficient heating with a heat pump

This copper-aluminum radiator is a solution for modern heating installations, especially those working with heat pumps. Its construction combines the advantages of copper and aluminum, providing quick and even heat distribution in the room. The radiator is characterized by a low water capacity and low thermal inertia, which translates into a fast response to temperature changes and easy control of the heating process.

The E-VENT radiator features the possibility of mounting a 230V fan (available separately), which increases its power by up to 60%. The fan is mounted on the bottom of the radiator with magnets, which facilitates its installation and removal. Even without a fan, the radiator provides efficient heating, functioning as a standard water radiator. Thanks to the use of copper and aluminum, the connection of these materials is dry, eliminating the risk of electrochemical corrosion.

Construction and principle of operation

The interior of the radiator consists of horizontal copper tubes connected to vertical collective manifolds, joined by hard soldering. Aluminum fins are placed on the tubes, which increase the heat exchange surface area. The radiator emits heat both through thermal radiation from the front surface and through convection of air flowing through its interior. This dual mode of heat emission ensures even heating of the room.
