Air-to-water heat pump – efficient heating and domestic hot water

Rotenso Airmi Monoblock 16 kW is a three-phase heat pump designed for efficient heating and domestic hot water preparation. The device is distinguished by its high energy class A+++ (at 35°C) and A++ (at 55°C), which translates to low operating costs. Thanks to the use of R32 refrigerant, the pump is more environmentally friendly.

Performance and operating range

The Rotenso Airmi Monoblock heat pump provides a heating capacity of 15.90 kW (A7/W35) and can operate efficiently even at very low outdoor temperatures – down to -25°C. The maximum water supply temperature is 65°C, allowing its use in heating systems with radiators. In DHW mode, the water temperature can reach 60°C. The rotary inverter compressor ensures smooth power modulation and adaptation to the current thermal needs of the building.

User comfort and advanced features

The device has a number of functions that increase user comfort, such as the ability to control two heating zones, weekly programming, vacation mode, and remote control via the Tuya Smart mobile application or a wired controller with a room temperature sensor and Wi-Fi module. Additionally, the Smart Grid function allows for optimization of the pump's operation based on the availability of energy from a photovoltaic installation or an electricity tariff.

The pump is equipped with a 9 kW auxiliary heater (modulated at 3 kW + 3 kW + 3 kW), which ensures reliable operation even in extreme weather conditions. The drain pan heater protects against freezing of condensate, and the compressor crankcase heater ensures trouble-free start-up of the device at low temperatures. The set includes all the necessary elements for the correct operation of the system: outdoor unit, wired controller, DHW tank sensor, plate heat exchanger, flow sensor, diaphragm tank, manometer, water pump, safety valve, air vent valve and Y-type water filter.
