Three-phase power supply (380-420 V) ensures stable operation of the device, and the use of R32 refrigerant minimizes environmental impact. The pump offers a heating capacity of 14 kW (at temperatures of 7/35°C), which allows for efficient heating of even larger areas. High energy efficiency (A+++ class at 35°C and A++ at 55°C) translates to low electricity bills. The device maintains performance even at very low outdoor temperatures – down to -25°C – and can operate without the need to activate electric heaters up to an ambient temperature of -15°C.

The two-door housing design provides easy access to all pump components, and the USB function enables quick software updates. The pump can be controlled using a modern wired controller with a Polish-language menu and via a mobile application. The set includes all the necessary elements for the proper operation of the system: outdoor unit, wired controller, DHW tank sensor, plate heat exchanger, flow sensor, diaphragm tank, water pump, safety valve, air vent valve, and Y-type water filter.
