Air source heat pump – efficient heating and cooling
The Rotenso Aquami Split AQS160T240X13i R14 heat pump is a modern solution for heating, cooling and preparing domestic hot water. The device combines high energy efficiency with comfort of use, performing well in both single-family homes and commercial buildings. The design based on the combination of an outdoor unit (aggregate) and an indoor unit (hydraulic module) with a built-in 240-liter stainless steel tank ensures easy access to components requiring servicing.
Comfort and efficiency in one device
The Rotenso Aquami Split heat pump uses advanced technology to extract heat from the outside air and transfer it to the water circulating in the heating installation. This makes it possible to efficiently heat rooms even at low outside temperatures – the device maintains efficiency down to -25°C. Additionally, the pump offers a cooling function, providing thermal comfort in the summer. The built-in wired controller with Wi-Fi module allows remote management of the device using a smartphone or tablet, which increases ease of use.
Construction and application
The hydrobox integrated with a stainless steel tank is a key structural element of this model. It ensures stable system operation and minimizes the risk of corrosion. The device is compatible with the AQS120/140/160X1/3o aggregate, providing flexibility in choosing the appropriate configuration. The refrigerant connection between the outdoor and indoor unit is frost-resistant, guaranteeing reliability even during prolonged power outages. The maximum heating power of the device is 16 kW (at 7/35°C), and the refrigerant used is R32 – environmentally friendly and efficient.
- The set includes: indoor unit, outdoor unit, wired controller, DHW tank sensor, plate heat exchanger, flow sensor, diaphragm tank, manometer, circulation pump, safety valve, air vent valve and Y-strainer.
- The device has a built-in 9kW electric heater to support heating in extreme weather conditions.
- Thanks to two temperature zones, it is possible to precisely adjust the operating parameters to individual user needs.
- High energy efficiency class (A+++ at 35°C) translates into low operating costs.
- The length of the refrigerant installation can be up to 30 meters.
