Heat pump for efficient heating and cooling

The Rotenso Heatmi Split 10 kW heat pump is an advanced heating solution that combines high energy efficiency with user comfort. The split system, consisting of an outdoor unit HES100X1o and a hydraulic module HES100X13i, ensures optimal performance in both heating and cooling modes. The device is designed for single-phase installations and is characterized by a heating power of 10 kW at a temperature of 7/35°C.

Technology for demanding users

At the heart of the heat pump is an inverter 2-rotary compressor, which allows for smooth power modulation and adaptation of performance to current needs. The use of R32 refrigerant minimizes the impact on the environment. The pump is distinguished by high efficiency parameters – COP at 4.80 (A7/W35) – which translates into low operating costs. The device provides comfortable heating even at extremely low outdoor temperatures, down to -25°C, and the maximum water temperature in heating mode is 65°C, and in DHW mode 60°C.

Safety and reliable operation

The design of the heat pump has been enriched with a number of protections ensuring trouble-free operation in difficult weather conditions. The drain pan heater prevents freezing of condensate and damage to the fan and heat exchanger during the winter. Additionally, the compressor crankcase heater warms the compressor oil, allowing the device to start without problems even at very low temperatures. If necessary, the pump can be supported by an additional 9 kW heater (available with 3-phase power supply), modulated in three stages (3 kW + 3 kW + 3 kW), which increases its reliability and efficiency in emergency situations or during hot water preparation.

Intelligent control and ease of use

The Rotenso Heatmi Split heat pump offers a wide range of control options – both via an intuitive wired controller with a menu in Polish (including a room temperature sensor) and via the Tuya Smart mobile application with a Wi-Fi module. The set also includes a DHW tank sensor, plate heat exchanger, water pump and necessary mounting accessories (diaphragm tank, manometer, safety valve, air vent and Y-type water filter). The device is covered by a 5-year warranty and professional service throughout Poland.
