The Heatmi Split heat pump stands out with a high energy class of A+++ (at a supply temperature of 35°C) and A++ (at 55°C), which translates into low operating costs. A high COP, reaching up to 4.80 (A7/W35), guarantees efficient energy use. The device provides comfortable heating even at very low outdoor temperatures, down to -25°C, and the maximum water temperature in heating mode is 65°C, allowing it to work with traditional radiators. Additionally, the pump can prepare domestic hot water up to a temperature of 60°C.

Safety and reliability

The design of the Rotenso Heatmi Split heat pump has been enriched with a number of safeguards that ensure trouble-free operation in difficult weather conditions. The drain pan heater protects against freezing of condensate, and the compressor crankcase heater facilitates starting the device at low temperatures, extending its lifespan. Additionally, the pump has an auxiliary heater with a power of 9 kW (available with 3-phase power supply), which provides additional support in emergency situations or at extremely low outdoor temperatures.

The set includes all the necessary components for the proper operation of the system: wired controller with room temperature sensor and Wi-Fi module (allowing remote control via the Tuya Smart mobile application), DHW tank sensor, plate heat exchanger, flow sensor, diaphragm tank, manometer, water pump, safety valve, air vent valve and Y-type water filter. The manufacturer's warranty is 2 years and includes professional service and free commissioning by an authorized service center.
