The system consists of an outdoor unit (HES100X1o 2GW R14) and a hydraulic module (HES100X13i 2GW), providing comprehensive and reliable operation. High performance and energy efficiency

The heat pump boasts a high heating capacity of up to 9.50 kW under A7/W35 conditions. Thanks to the A+++ energy efficiency class (at a supply temperature of 35°) and A++ (at 55°), energy consumption is minimized, resulting in lower heating bills. The COP of 4.80 (A7/W35) confirms the high efficiency of the device. The unit maintains high performance even at very low outdoor temperatures – down to -25°C.

User comfort and advanced features

The Rotenso Heatmi Split heat pump allows you to achieve a water heating temperature of up to 65°C, and in DHW mode – up to 60°C. It is equipped with an inverter compressor that smoothly adjusts the device's power to current heating needs, ensuring a stable temperature and quiet operation. The pump can be controlled via an intuitive wired controller with a Polish menu and through the Tuya Smart mobile application – giving you full control over the heating system from anywhere. An additional room temperature sensor in the controller allows for precise maintenance of thermal comfort inside the building.

Safety and reliable operation

The design of the heat pump has been enriched with a number of safeguards that guarantee trouble-free operation even in harsh weather conditions. The drain pan heater protects against freezing of condensate, and the compressor crankcase heater ensures easy starting of the device at low temperatures. Additionally, the pump has a booster heater with a power of 9 kW (available with 3-phase power supply), which, if necessary, increases the device's power when preparing hot water or in extremely low temperatures. The use of these technical solutions extends the life of the compressor – a key element of the heat pump.

The set includes all the necessary elements for the correct operation of the system: outdoor and indoor unit, wired controller, DHW tank sensor, plate heat exchanger, flow sensor, expansion vessel, manometer, water pump, safety valve, air vent valve and Y-type water filter.
