Micro-Step Twinbloc is a fully biological hybrid wastewater treatment plant, tested according to EN 12566-3. The treatment technology is based on the activated sludge and fixed bed method. The technological process is carried out in the SBR reactor. The device consists of 3 treatment chambers:

• pre-treatment zones with a sludge tank and a cyclically controlled transport system to further treatment chambers,
• biological zone with a pipe aerator and biomass generator and a sludge recirculation system to the pre-treatment zone
• secondary treatment zone with a separator pipe as an additional treatment system.
