Structural double-layer PEHD pipe SPS DN/ID1400mm SN2 is an advanced solution designed for the construction of gravity drainage systems, road culverts, drainage, as well as for the protection of cables and pipes. Made of high-density polyethylene (PEHD), it is characterized by exceptional strength and resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. The double-layer construction provides a circumferential stiffness of SN2, guaranteeing stability and safety of use.

These pipes are widely used in both municipal projects and industrial and individual construction. They will be suitable for installations draining sewage from residential, industrial or office buildings, as well as in irrigation systems for fields and gardens. Thanks to their light weight and ease of installation, they significantly accelerate the implementation of investments.

Flexibility tailored to needs

One of the key advantages of this pipe is the possibility of ordering sections with a length tailored to the individual needs of the customer. Standardly offered are sections of 13.5 m, adapted for transport on standard trucks, however the manufacturer enables the production of pipes with a length of up to 30 m in one section. This solution minimizes the number of connections, which translates into greater tightness and reliability of the system.

Construction features and application

The SPS DN/ID1400mm SN2 pipe has a spiral wall structure, which provides it with high stiffness with a relatively low weight. Made of PEHD, it is resistant to the action of chemical substances contained in sewage and to temperature changes. The black color of the outer layer provides protection against UV radiation. These pipes comply with the PN EN 13476-2 type A standard, which confirms their high quality and safety of use.

Spiral-wound PEHD pipes of type "A" are ideal for applications requiring high mechanical strength and resistance to external loads. Thanks to their construction, they work perfectly in soils of various stability and in places exposed to vehicle traffic or other dynamic loads. They are also an excellent solution for protecting underground cables and pipes, providing them with effective protection against mechanical damage and corrosion. Made of high-density polyethylene (PEHD), they meet the PN EN 13476-2 type A standard, are characterized by a black color of the outer layer and have a circumferential stiffness of SN2 and a nominal diameter of DN 1400 mm.
