Structural double-layer SPS PEHD pipe is an advanced solution for installations requiring high strength and resistance to loads. Made of high-density polyethylene (PEHD), it is characterized by a spiral construction that provides excellent mechanical properties and flexibility. Standard lengths are 13.5 m, adapted for transport, but thanks to the production technology, it is possible to order pipes in lengths of up to 30 meters in one section – which significantly reduces the number of connections and speeds up installation. Construction and application

The double-layer construction of the pipe combines the advantages of different materials. The outer layer made of black PEHD provides protection against UV radiation and mechanical damage, while the inner layer (also black or light) guarantees a smooth surface minimizing flow resistance. These pipes comply with the PN EN 13476-2 type A standard, which confirms their high quality and safety.
