Structural double-layer PEHD pipe SPS DN/ID2500mm SN2 is an advanced solution designed for the construction of gravity drainage systems, road culverts, drainage, as well as for the protection of cables and pipes. Made of high-density polyethylene (PEHD), it is characterized by exceptional strength and resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. The double-layer construction provides a circumferential stiffness of SN2, guaranteeing stability and safety of use even in difficult ground conditions.

These pipes are widely used in both municipal projects and industrial and individual construction. Their light weight compared to traditional building materials facilitates transport and assembly, which translates into time and cost savings. The use of high-density polyethylene minimizes liquid absorption, which is particularly important in installations in contact with water.

Adaptation to needs and flexibility of implementation

One of the key advantages of the offered pipe is the possibility of adjusting the length of the section to individual customer needs. Thanks to the production technology, it is possible to produce pipes up to 30 meters long in one section. However, standardly, 13.5-meter sections are delivered, adapted to the standard dimensions of transport on closed trucks. This flexibility allows for optimization of the investment process and minimization of connections, which increases the tightness and durability of the system.

Construction features and compliance with standards

The pipe is constructed of spirally wound structural walls made of PEHD, which provides high stiffness with a relatively low weight. The external color of the pipe is black, and the internal color is black or light. The product meets the requirements of the PN EN 13476-2 type A standard, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. The statistical classification of the product is PKWiU 25.21-21.
