Structural double-layer HDPE pipe SPS DN/ID2500mm SN4 is an advanced solution designed for the construction of gravity drainage systems, road culverts, as well as for the protection of cables and conduits. Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it is characterized by exceptional strength and resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. The two-layer spiral-wound construction provides it with a circumferential stiffness of SN4, which guarantees stability and safety even in difficult ground conditions.

These pipes are widely used in both municipal projects and industrial and agricultural installations. They are ideal for building drainage systems, irrigation systems, and as elements of underground infrastructure. Their light weight compared to traditional materials makes them easy to transport and install, and their high chemical resistance allows for the safe discharge of various types of wastewater.

Adaptation to needs and flexibility of implementation

One of the key advantages of the offered pipes is the possibility of adjusting the length of the section to individual customer needs. Thanks to the production technology, it is possible to produce pipes with a length of up to 30 meters in one section. However, standardly, 13.5-meter sections are delivered, adapted to the transport possibilities on standard trucks. This solution minimizes the number of connections, which translates into greater tightness and durability of the system.

Construction features and compliance with standards

Structural HDPE pipes are distinguished by a spiral construction of the walls made of HDPE, which provides them with high stiffness while maintaining flexibility. The black color of the outer layer increases resistance to UV radiation, and the black or light inner layer facilitates visual inspection. The product meets the requirements of PN EN 13476-2 type A standard, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. In addition, the pipe has a National Declaration of Performance (KDWU) and positive technical opinions from GIG and ITB, which proves its compliance with applicable regulations and construction standards. The statistical classification of the product is PKWiU 25.21-21.
