Structural double-layer SPS DN/ID800mm SN4 PEHD pipe is an advanced solution designed for the construction of gravity drainage systems, road culverts, drainage, and protection of cables and pipes. Made of high-density polyethylene (PEHD), it is characterized by high strength, flexibility, and resistance to external factors. Standardly offered are sections of 13.5 m, adapted for transport on standard trucks, but thanks to the production technology, it is possible to make pipes up to 30 meters in one section – which minimizes the number of connections and speeds up assembly.

Spiral-wound type "A" PEHD pipes are widely used in infrastructure projects. Their lightweight construction compared to traditional concrete pipes facilitates transport and assembly, while providing high resistance to static and dynamic loads. The circumferential stiffness SN4 makes the pipe perfect for soils with medium bearing capacity.

The pipe construction consists of two layers: an external layer, providing protection against mechanical damage and UV radiation (black color), and an internal, smooth layer, which minimizes flow resistance and facilitates cleaning. The wound spiral gives the pipe the appropriate stiffness while maintaining flexibility.
