19" Wall-mounted Cabinet – a solid solution for infrastructure organization

This 19" wall-mounted cabinet with a height of 6U and a depth of 600mm is a practical solution for organizing and securing network equipment, servers, and telecommunications devices. It is ideal for both offices and server rooms where efficient use of space is important. The cabinet's design is intended for easy access to mounted devices and convenient cable management.

Construction and user features

The cabinet is made of durable DC01 steel sheet with a thickness of 1.2 mm, powder-coated in RAL 9005 (black). The use of this type of material guarantees high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Solid doors, lockable, provide security for stored equipment. Additionally, the side walls of the cabinet are opening and removable, which facilitates installation and servicing of devices.

The cabinet has openings for cable gland knockouts at the top and bottom, allowing for free cable routing. Inside there are mounting profiles with the possibility of smooth adjustment throughout the depth of the cabinet – the minimum distance of the profiles from the front is 46 mm. The set includes two sets of rack rails, allowing you to mount devices with a standard 19" width. The possibility of mounting 120x120 mm fans (top and bottom panel) ensures adequate air circulation and cooling of components.

Technical parameters and application

The cabinet has a load capacity of up to 60 kg and has an IP30 protection class – this provides basic protection against access to hazardous parts and against accidental contact with live elements. The cabinet meets CE and RoHS standards, confirming its compliance with European safety and environmental standards. Thanks to the possibility of using self-leveling feet or wheels (available separately), the cabinet can be easily converted from wall-mounted to standing/mobile.

Made of 1.2 mm thick DC01 steel sheet powder-coated, ensuring the durability of the structure, and lockable doors increase the security of stored equipment. Removable side walls facilitate installation and servicing of devices, and the possibility of mounting fans ensures adequate ventilation. Smooth adjustment of mounting profiles allows you to adapt the cabinet to individual needs, IP30 protection class provides basic protection against external factors, and a load capacity of up to 60 kg allows you to safely place most network devices.
