This double-walled Street Box outdoor cabinet is a solid solution for protecting sensitive equipment in demanding weather conditions. Made of aluminum, it provides high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, and its design is intended for easy installation and expansion. The cabinet is ideal for both telecommunications installations, outdoor server rooms, and lighting or signaling control systems.

Construction and protection

The cabinet features a high degree of protection IP65, which means complete protection against dust ingress and a strong jet of water from any direction. Additionally, it has an impact resistance class of IK10 – the highest on the scale, guaranteeing resistance to vandalism and accidental damage. The double-walled aluminum construction with a thickness of 2 mm and air insulation between the walls ensure thermal stability and minimize the impact of changing weather conditions on the operation of the devices placed inside. The possibility of additional insulation with an insulating mat increases the range of applications of the cabinet in extreme temperatures.

Installation and functionality

The Street Box cabinet has been designed with installers in mind. The possibility of mounting on both a concrete and steel foundation provides flexibility in choosing the location. The interior of the cabinet allows for mounting two rows of 19" RACK rails (2x18U), allowing for efficient placement of network and server equipment. A four-point latch lock guarantees secure closure and access only to authorized personnel. A well-thought-out cable entry system facilitates cable organization, and optional perforated or glass doors allow for additional ventilation or visual monitoring of the device status. A load capacity of up to 800 kg ensures stability even under heavy load.
