Universal flush-mounting modular distribution board

This RPSM 54 Z 3x18 distribution board is a solid and functional solution for safe distribution of electrical energy in buildings. Designed for mounting 54 modules in a 3x18 arrangement, it is suitable for both new construction and modernization of existing installations. The flush-mounting design allows for aesthetic integration of the distribution board into the wall, minimizing its visibility. A lock provides additional security and prevents unauthorized access to the interior.

Construction and installation – speed and convenience

The distribution board has been designed with installers in mind. The "quick-mount" system significantly speeds up and simplifies installation work. Mounting of apparatus and wiring is carried out on an exposed mounting plate, and the housing is fitted only after the connections are completed. This solution minimizes the risk of errors and allows for precise connections. The housing is made of steel sheet (1mm door) and galvanized (1mm body and frame) with a RAL 9003 powder coating, guaranteeing durability and corrosion resistance. The possibility of installation in plasterboard walls further increases the flexibility of application.

Safety and compliance with standards

The distribution board meets the required safety standards, providing protection of the electrical installation against overload and short circuit. It has protection class I and protection degree IP31, which means protection against touching live parts and against the ingress of solid objects with a diameter greater than 2.5 mm. The rated insulation voltage is Ui = 500V, and the rated operating voltage Un = 400V, with a maximum continuous rated current In ≤ 100A. The set includes all necessary mounting elements: TH 35 rail, busbars, insulator, screw and nut set, washer, yellow-green protective conductor, and a set of rectangular plastic stickers and covers. The mounting hole dimensions are 415x565x127 mm.
