This Salus RT305RF temperature controller is an ideal solution for both end-users and installers looking for a reliable and easy-to-install heating control system. The device combines functionality, precision and ease of use, allowing for effective temperature management in rooms. It consists of a transmitter (mounted on the wall) and a receiver, communicating wirelessly.

Functions and application

The RT305RF controller is designed to control a heat source or circulation pump. Thanks to the daily programming option, it allows you to adjust the temperature to individual needs and lifestyle, which translates into real energy savings. The receiver, powered by 230V AC 50Hz, works with devices with a maximum load of 16A. The transmitter is powered by AA batteries, eliminating the need for wiring.

• Wireless communication: Provides installation flexibility and ease of installation – particularly useful in existing installations where adding wires is difficult or impossible. The radio signal with a frequency of 868 MHz guarantees a stable connection at a distance of up to 100 meters in open space.

• Frost protection: Automatically turns on the heating when the temperature drops below 5°C, protecting the installation from damage.

Construction and technical parameters

The RT305RF controller is characterized by a solid construction and an intuitive user interface. The LCD display provides a clear reading of temperature and settings. The device has a protection class of IP30, which means protection against touching with a finger and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. The temperature measurement range is from 5 to 35°C with an accuracy of 0.1°C or 0.5°C (depending on the settings). The hysteresis regulation is +/- 0.25°C or +/- 0.5°C. Compact dimensions of the transmitter (96 x 96 x 27 mm) and receiver (96 x 96 x 27 mm) make it easy to install even in limited space. The device meets European standards EMC 2014/30/UE, LVD 2014/35/UE, RED 2014/53/UE and RoHS 2011/65/UE confirming its safety and compliance with European market requirements.
