The Schellomat Basic pressure flush valve is a robust solution designed for urinals, characterized by a durable construction and high reliability. Made of durable materials, including brass, it guarantees long-term use even in heavily used facilities. The flush valve is ideal for both new installations and as a replacement for existing elements.

Construction and functionality

Schellomat Basic is a surface-mounted flush valve, which simplifies its installation and servicing. Equipped with a brass flush button, it provides smooth and precise operation. The plastic insert and integrated nozzle filter minimize the risk of failure and ensure water cleanliness. The absence of a shut-off valve simplifies installation, but requires consideration of the possibility of cutting off the water supply in the event of servicing. The set includes a flushing tube with dimensions of 18 x 200 mm, a sliding rosette and an internal connector for the urinal – everything you need for a complete installation.

Technical parameters and application

The Schellomat Basic flush valve allows operation in the working pressure range from 0.8 to 5.0 bar. It provides a maximum flow rate of 0.3 l/s. The amount of flushing water can be adjusted in the range of 1 to 6 liters, allowing you to adapt water consumption to individual needs and regulations regarding savings. The PA-IX 9892/II approval mark and the DIN-DVGW certificate confirm compliance with European safety and quality standards. Noise class II ensures comfortable use by reducing noise during flushing. The flush valve is compatible with various models of urinals available on the market. Materials in contact with drinking water meet the requirements of the German Drinking Water Ordinance.
