The central plate designed for mounting Systimax category 5e and 6 UTP network inserts, from the Sedna Design & Elements series by Schneider Electric, is an integral part of a modern network installation. The product combines functionality, durability and elegant design, perfectly fitting into the aesthetics of modern interiors. Made of high-quality thermoplastic, it is characterized by solidity and resistance to mechanical damage.

The plate is designed for flush mounting, which ensures an aesthetic appearance of the installation. Its dimensions (73 mm x 73 mm x 23 mm) allow for easy mounting in standard flush-mount boxes. White color (RAL 9003) and a glossy surface finish make the plate blend perfectly with various interior arrangements. The IP20 protection rating guarantees basic protection against touch and ingress of solid objects.

Construction and mounting

The plate was designed with ease of installation in mind. The possibility of mounting both with claws and screws provides flexibility during installation. Solid claws with a self-return function guarantee stable and secure seating of the plate in the box. The plate is dedicated to two RJ45 sockets/connectors, allowing you to create a comprehensive access point to the network. It is important to remember about compatibility – Sedna Design & Elements products are not compatible with the Sedna series.
