The ACTi9 series terminal block is a solution that significantly accelerates the installation and maintenance of electrical distribution boards. Instead of dismantling the entire busbar to connect power to a specific circuit, this component enables quick and safe power introduction into a 3+N system. The set includes 4 pieces, sufficient for a standard three-phase system with a neutral conductor. This allows installers to avoid time-consuming operations; in the event of device replacement, there is no need to disassemble the entire busbar structure—simply disconnect the appropriate terminal block.

Work Comfort and Installation Safety

A key advantage of this accessory is its design, which eliminates the risk of errors during wire connection. The terminals are suitable for wires with a cross-section up to 35 mm² (screw-type), covering most applications in domestic and industrial distribution boards. The maximum operating current is 100 A, ensuring stable performance even under high loads. Importantly for safety, the yellow latches located at the front allow visual verification of the connection status—even under voltage (although working under voltage is not recommended)—enabling easy confirmation that the terminal is properly closed without the need to use a screwdriver to pry open the mechanism.

Additionally, the product offers the largest label area in its class, facilitating circuit identification amidst a tangle of cables. The ability to lock the terminal with a padlock enhances service safety by preventing unauthorized persons from accidentally disconnecting the power supply. The wire cross-section is always matched to the amperage of the device, eliminating the risk of overheating at the connection point.

Application and Compatibility

This terminal block is dedicated exclusively to pin busbars (busbar) of the ACTi9 system and older Multi 9 (C60) series, including models C60H, C60L, and C60N. It is a "single" type linking element but is sold as a complete set of 4 pieces for full 3+N system support. It must not be used with sector-shaped wires—it requires a standard round or flat wire with the appropriate cross-section.

Thanks to the use of PET insulation and a solid metal construction, this component meets requirements for both building and industrial installations. Its installation is intuitive: simply cut the busbar at the appropriate location (the busbar includes cutting marks), then mount the terminal block in the designated socket. This simple solution eliminates the need for additional fuse inserts or complex inter-phase transitions, simplifying the entire distribution board structure.
