Adapter for 60 mm rails 3P Compact NSX400-630 LV432623
Mounting plate system for ComPacT NSX breakers
Adapter LV432623 is a professional element of the Linergy BZ system designed for the mounting of ComPacT NSX400-630 three-pole circuit breakers on busbars with a center-to-center spacing of 60 mm. The product is a key component enabling a fast and secure mechanical-electrical connection between the breaker and the switchboard system.
Construction and technical parameters
The adapter is made of high-quality materials in an anthracite color, ensuring durability and installation aesthetics. The design is intended for busbars with a thickness from 5 to 10 mm, allowing the use of various types of busbars according to installation needs.
The device has dimensions of 139 mm width, 270 mm height, and 63 mm depth. The system is characterized by a rated current In = 630 A at an insulation voltage of Ui = 690 V, which guarantees safe operation in high-load industrial applications. The adapter provides an IP20 protection class according to the IEC 60529 standard.
Application and compatibility
The product is compatible with a wide range of Schneider Electric switchboard systems: Prisma G/P/PH/PH, Spacial, and ComPacT. It supports three-pole ComPacT NSX400...630 breakers and selected PowerPact NL models.
Depending on the cross-section of the busbar, the adapter supports different current ranges:
- 12×5 mm busbar: up to 200 A
- 15×5 mm busbar: up to 250 A
- 20×5 mm busbar: up to 320 A
- 25×5 mm busbar: up to 400 A
- 30×5 mm busbar: up to 450 A
- 12×10 mm busbar: up to 360 A
- 20×10 mm busbar: up to 520 A
- 30×10 mm busbar: up to 630 A
System advantages and mounting
The adapter is mounted via a snap-on mechanism directly onto the busbar, eliminating the need for additional fastening elements. The compact design minimizes the space occupied in switchboards. The modular construction allows for quick installation and disassembly without the need to interfere with the entire switchboard system.
The system also offers easier device maintenance and full equipment modularity, which facilitates future expansions or modernizations of the electrical installation.
