Zinc alloy pushbutton enclosure for Ø 22mm buttons

The XAPD1502 control box is a metal control enclosure made of zinc alloy, designed for the installation of Ø 22 mm buttons from the Harmony XB4 and XB5 series. The grey color (RAL7035) and compact dimensions of 80×80×77 mm ensure a reliable control interface in industrial applications.

The enclosure offers two mounting holes with a diameter of 22.5 mm, allowing the combination of various button functions in one compact module. The design leaves convenient space for internal wiring, and the M20 metric thread ensures full compatibility with ISO cable glands in accordance with the IEC 62444 standard.

Durable construction and environmental protection

The zinc alloy guarantees exceptional mechanical resistance and durability in harsh industrial conditions. The enclosure provides multi-level IP65/IP67/IP69 protection, making it resistant to dust, water jets, and extreme weather conditions. IK07 protection protects against mechanical impacts.

The enclosure meets the requirements of protection class I against electric shock according to the EN/IEC 61140 standard. The product holds CE, UL, cULus, and EAC certificates, confirming its safety for use in various regions of the world.

Configuration and mounting flexibility

The enclosure can be easily customized using the Harmony online product selector and configurator. Personalized legend panels are also available, which improve operating ergonomics and the aesthetics of the entire installation.

Mounting is possible in both vertical and horizontal positions thanks to four mounting holes. The design combines installation simplicity with diverse mounting options and an attractive appearance for machinery.
