The XAPD3204 control station enclosure is an empty zinc alloy housing in grey (RAL7035), part of the XAP series - a range of metal control station enclosures designed for Ø 22 mm buttons from the XB4 and XB5 series. Four 22.5 mm diameter holes allow for the flexible combination of various control functions in a compact enclosure measuring 80 × 175 × 51.5 mm.
Construction and materials
The housing made of zinc alloy ensures high mechanical durability and corrosion resistance. The compact design with a depth of 51.5 mm allows for mounting even in limited spaces while maintaining full functionality. Four control positions provide the possibility of creating diverse layouts of buttons, switches, and indicators.
The product is equipped with two M25 holes for cable entry and four mounting holes enabling installation in both vertical and horizontal positions. The enclosure is suitable for mounting on a panel, which simplifies installation in existing systems.
Protection and safety
The enclosure provides an IP65/IP67 protection rating, guaranteeing effective protection against dust and water jets. Class I electrical shock protection (EN/IEC 61140) and IK07 mechanical impact resistance (EN/IEC 62262) make it a safe solution for demanding industrial applications.
