Installation and functionality

Installation is done on a standard DIN rail, making it easy to integrate with existing modular installations. Compact dimensions (2 modules wide and 44 mm deep) allow for efficient use of space in the distribution board. An additional advantage is the optical trip indicator - it informs about a blown fuse, which facilitates quick problem identification. At the same time, the disconnectable N pole increases the level of safety during maintenance work. The IP20 degree of protection provides basic protection against touch and solid objects.

Application and compliance

The Acti9 STI fuse base is ideal for industrial applications and in installations requiring high breaking capacity. It can be used with both general-purpose (gG) fuses protecting against overload and short circuit, as well as aM fuses dedicated to motor applications. The possibility of using a padlock on the switch further protects against unauthorized access and accidental switching on of the circuit after a fuse has blown. The rated voltage of 500V ensures compatibility with most standard electrical installations.
