Robust electrical mounting enclosure – protection and functionality in one

The Spacial S3D enclosure is a reliable solution for protecting and organizing electrical installations. Made of durable steel, with an epoxy-polyester powder coating in RAL 7035, it provides lasting protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. The enclosure’s construction, measuring 400 x 400 x 200 mm, is designed for wall mounting, offering flexibility in installation location.

The enclosure is characterized by a high degree of protection IP66, which guarantees effective protection against dust and water jets. Additionally, the IK10 impact resistance ensures safety even in harsh industrial conditions. This makes it ideal for applications both indoors and in environments exposed to external factors.

Construction and mounting – simplicity and ease of use

The enclosure’s construction is based on a solid, one-piece design with a front rail in the shape of a gutter with double sheet metal thickness. The door, equipped with a double latch, can be easily removed and reversed, facilitating access to the interior and configuration of the installation. The enclosure is compatible with a wide range of Schneider Electric accessories, allowing it to be adapted to individual user needs. Mounting is done directly on the wall or using dedicated mounting brackets (available separately).

The enclosure also allows for pole and metric mounting. The maximum load on the door is 50 N, and on the entire enclosure 250 N. The design is not compliant with the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive.
