This thermal overload relay is a key element in protecting electric motors from overload. Designed to work with the TeSys range, it offers reliable protection and circuit status signaling. The LR2K0310 relay is designed to protect three-phase motors with a power of up to 1.5 kW at 400V. Its current setting range (2.6 – 3.7 A) allows for precise adjustment to the load characteristics. Functionality and construction for demanding applications

The device has built-in auxiliary contacts (1NO + 1NC) that allow signaling of the circuit status – short circuit or overcurrent. Additionally, the relay offers automatic and manual reset functions, increasing flexibility in operation. The reset button allows for quick restoration of operation after removing the cause of the trip. The built-in phase failure and load asymmetry detection mechanism further enhances the safety of the installation.

Mounting is directly on LC1K06-K16 contactors, simplifying installation and minimizing space occupied in the switchboard. The connection of the main contacts is realized by screw connections – a proven and reliable method. A transparent, sealable cover protects the device from external interference and provides additional security. The maximum rated operating voltage is 690V, making it a universal solution for various industrial and commercial applications.
