The A9XAH157 comb busbar is an advanced solution for electrical power distribution in industrial installations and commercial buildings. The product belongs to the Acti9 range by Schneider Electric and provides a reliable single-phase connection with an additional auxiliary contact.

Design and technical parameters

The busbar is designed as single-pole (1P) with a length of 1000 mm, occupying 57 DIN modules in the distribution board. The design, based on an 18 mm connection pitch, enables compact mounting of modular devices. The conductor cross-section is 16 mm², which guarantees a safe rated current of 100 A at a voltage of 415 V AC.

The spacing between paths is 27 mm, ensuring adequate insulation between conductors. The busbar is fully insulated and marked with the L symbol. The design allows for horizontal mounting on the top or bottom part of the distribution board - on both tunnel and double terminals.

Application and compatibility

The product is designed to connect 38 devices (38 Aux cores + 1 L) in a 1L + auxiliary configuration. The busbar is compatible with a wide range of Schneider Electric modular devices:

Safety and standards

The busbar meets the requirements of international standards IEC 61439-2 and IEC 60947-7-1, ensuring safe operation in industrial environments. The protection rating is IP20 (with end caps and tooth covers), and the fire resistance is 960°C for 30 seconds according to IEC 60695-2-1.

The rated insulation voltage is 500 V AC, and the pollution degree of the working environment is classified as 3. The product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 18 months, confirming the high manufacturing quality of Schneider Electric.
