The iID-40-2-100-A residual current circuit breaker is an advanced protective device from the Acti 9 family, designed for the effective protection of people against electric shock and installations against fire caused by leakage currents. The device, with a rated current of 40A and a sensitivity of 100mA (Type A), provides reliable protection in single-phase installations.

Operating parameters and safety

The device operates at a voltage of 230V AC in an ambient temperature ranging from -25°C to +60°C, enabling installation in challenging environmental conditions. A short-circuit strength of 1.5 kA and impulse current resistance of 0.25 kA guarantee safe operation even in emergency installation states. The rated impulse withstand voltage of 6 kV protects the device against atmospheric surges.

The IP20 protection rating ensures safe installation in distribution boards, while the locking mechanism prevents accidental switching during service work. The device complies with the EN/IEC 61008-1 standard, confirming its high quality and operational safety.

Construction and mounting capabilities
