SCHUKO socket – functionality and safety in one – Asfora

Single SCHUKO socket with shutters, in white color, is an element of the Asfora series by Schneider Electric. The socket is designed for flush-mounting and is characterized by a solid construction. The terminals inside the socket are arranged in a line, which facilitates connection of the wires and minimizes the risk of their strain. The Asfora socket has a rated current of 16A and a rated voltage of 250V. Made of thermoplastic material, it is resistant to mechanical damage and external factors. It has child protection, making it a safe choice for families with small children. The degree of protection IP20 provides protection against contact with solid foreign objects with a diameter of more than 12.5 mm. The product is halogen-free, which means that it does not release toxic gases during combustion.

The socket is compatible with Asfora multi-frame systems, allowing you to create comprehensive electrical installation systems tailored to individual needs. The width and height of the socket are 83 mm, and the depth is 42 mm – the minimum depth of the mounting box should be 40 mm. The operating frequency range is 50-60 Hz. The conductor material is copper with a power of up to 3680W.
