Safety and control in your installation – emergency stop button GV2K04

This red emergency stop button, designed for GV2 enclosures, is a key element ensuring quick and effective emergency stop of a machine or device. The design with a rotary mechanism for unlocking guarantees that after activation, the button remains locked, requiring conscious action by the operator to restart it. This prevents accidental restarting in a dangerous situation.

Solid construction and high protection

The button is made of durable plastic, ensuring its reliability even in harsh industrial conditions. The IP55 protection rating means resistance to dust and water jets, allowing it to be used in environments exposed to dirt and moisture. A height of 48 mm and a width of 73 mm allow for easy mounting in standard enclosures. The button head diameter of 40 mm provides a comfortable grip and quick reaction in emergency situations.

Compatibility and functionality

The button is designed for mounting in empty LE1GVMEK, GV2MP and GV2MC enclosures (excluding the GV2MCK04 model, which is already equipped). It can be used with GV2ME thermal magnetic circuit breakers (available separately), creating a complete safety system. Additionally, it is possible to secure the button against accidental activation with a padlock (available for separate purchase) in the OFF position. This is an additional level of protection for the operator and the installation. The button does not have a self-reset function – after being pressed, it remains locked until manually unlocked by rotation.
